We had to practically empty our suitcase to get the contents up the stairs. There is a washing machine/dryer combo in the community kitchen, but it takes hours to wash and dry your clothes. "I booked a room with a double bed and we barely were able to just lie down without even turning and we are both regular size persons. Extremely tiny room, very uncomfortable and small bed. Breakfast was ok but modest- no eggs, no hot foods. Convenient location and very helpful staff but would not stay there again. "We booked the Cabrio room (an en-suite room), except there's no basic amenity, NO SOAPS - NO SHAMPOO. In the end we had to go use the public shower room instead. So we recommend booking a normal room without a bathroom and use the public ones. Lots of parking space. The room is very small - not suitable for people with big luggage. There's a common area with a microwave and a sink where you can eat your food brought in food. **NO FREE TOWELS***"
