Annemasse is the best

I really liked the community around the Hotel. A bit difficult to get transport, but I was offered transport by strangers on several occasions..Thanks to people of Annemasse. The two gentleman at hotel reception were awesome..just the one lady who was so rude and unfriendly...but no stress I am happy about my stay given the cost.

Deuxième séjour dans cet établissement. Cette fois-ci en ayant choisis l'option avec salle de bain intégrée à la chambre. Chambre de petite taille mais qui remplie sa fonction correctement. Espace bureau très limité. Moyen de transport personnel indispensable. Petit déjeuner frugale. Personnel un peu trop à son aise. Un établissement remplissant sa fonction de "dortoir à prix raisonnable" sans plus.

Utilizzo spesso questa catena di hotel e nel complesso è un buon compromesso per il rapporto qualità/prezzo.In questo hotel eravamo però al piano terra con una finestra senza bascula o tapparelle che dava sul parcheggio, dove un camioncino ha tenuto il motore acceso x il caldo.Nn essendoci aria condizionata ho dovuto tenere la finestra aperta e inventarmi una tenda che coprisse da sole e rumore .Consiglio di mettere una tapparella esterna o le finestre basculanti.Per il resto tutto bene, colazione ok.Lo consiglio

j'ai eu un accident de travail la semaine dernière mais rien à faire on n'a pas voulu me rembourser la semaine réservée malgré les relances HOTEL.COM : glisser du toit et ce retrouver aux urgences n'est apparemment pas une assez bonne raison d'annulation et de remboursement à un client : bravo le F1 et merci encore >> je saurai faire de la pub à tous les collègues qui cherchent où se loger la semaine ?!

Déception total

J'avais réservé une chambre avec douche il y'avait meme la photo et arrivé sur place c'est une chambre sans salle de bain . Et meme les douches le matin n'ont pas de savon . Et aussi pas de serviettes dans la chambre c'était payant. Le petit déjeuner il ya rien à par le cafe avec du pain de mie de lidl ne vaut pas son prix. Je me suis fait avoir avec le titre rénové. J'ai pu changer de chambre les deux derniers jours le personnel est tres sympathique eux seul méritent 5 étoiles.

Les images présentées sur le site sont mensongère car j’ai réservé une chambre avec des photographies de salle de bain et toilettes À l’intérieur de la chambre mais Une fois arrivée sur place on me dit que les toilettes et douches sont à l’extérieur. En espace commun. Je trouve ça Inadmissible c’est clairement de la publicité mensongère. J’ai réservé un autre hôtel, et je n’ai pas dormi dans celui-ci.

Point positif : les 2 réceptionnistes étaient sympa. Points négatifs : bruyant, sol sale, beaucoup de fumeurs à l'entrée (des personnes s'asseyaient sur la table, les pieds sur les bancs, dommage...). La zone est pas terrible non plus. Ça reste correcte quand même pour le rapport qualité prix au vue de ma date tardive de réservation.
