"Prime location. Close to restaurants and shopping malls and attractions. Only wish they would allow tattoos in the onsen and hot tub. Great place, will stay again."

"Well-located with clean rooms that match description. The sento is a lovely touch and the PJs were good too. Staff were very helpful with everything, including luggage transfer. Only slight issue was # of washers / dryers. It's a popular hotel so there would be a bit of queue for these in evenings. There was a way to check if they were available in room which we appreciated, but just something to bear in mind to try and avoid popular times (evenings) if you need a lot of washing done."

"Check-in process could have been better. I arrived prior to the 3:00pm and was patiently waiting in the lobby for the check-in window to open up (as instructed by the staff). Although, the staff f knew that I was waiting, the began to check in other patrons prior to the 3:00pm start."

"Onsen available, rooms are slightly smaller but not bad. Open bathroom concept was hard to get used to but had some benefits. Hotel is in a very business area so it was not a calm and peaceful location"

"Overall we enjoyed our stay here (2 nights). Easy access to the park and to city walk. We had a lovely view over the bay. We are from the UK. Much of the breakfast options catered to Japanese customers. We ate fried egg, bacon/ ham, variety of croissants, yoghurt, orange slices, french toast. There was also a small pancake machine that makes approx. 6cm diameter pancakes. There was a queue to be seated for breakfast (5-10 wait). "
