"A short walk to Namba station and within easy walking distance to Amerikamura and Dotomburi, this hotel is conveniently located. We were greeted at the front desk by a friendly staff member who helped walk us through the check in process. Our room was a compact but thoroughly efficient and spotlessly clean. The hotel breakfast had a lot of variety with many hot and freshly prepared dishes. We would 100% stay here again."

"Clean room. Pleasant staff. Air-conditioning was good. Small kitchenette with dining table and chairs. Walking distance to convenience stores and dotonburi/namba walk. Bathroom contained shower and washer/dryer for clothes which was handy. Plenty of taxi and uber around too."

"Good laundry and drying facilities in the room if you need to wash a lot of clothes. However, very clunky check in process, no staff to make up the room and very poor insulation. Stayed here in winter and it was very cold near the window even with the heater on which significantly impacted sleep quality. Overall it was okay, but if you’re staying for a long period, would not recommend especially in winter. "

"Small room for 3 girls and their luggage. But great service. Level 9 has a room where you access bar snacks, Starbucks coffee with syrups, tea, craft beers and juice. They call it their lounge. But it’s really just a room. It’s unlimited and free for your stay if you get the upgrade "
