- feeling of Cotswold house.

- Great breakfast
Cons:
- Rooms are not well cleaned(full trash bin, coffee remnant on the cups)
- Poor surrounding facilities and attractions.
- the garden is not as impressive."
"Excellent service when I needed to alert the hotel that we would be late in checking in.
The reception staff was waiting for us when we arrived slightly later than originally mentioned.
The check-in process was completed quickly and we were in our rooms soon after."

"Great place to stay extremely polite and helpful staff.
Breakfast was a lovely experience too.
If i had to find a minus point it would be no black out blinds or curtauns in the rooms so as soon as the sun came up the venetian blinds hid nothing, but im just clutching at straws here.
Great base for our Cotswolds weekend. Thank you Cricklade House!"
"One of the best places weve stayed..friendly helpful staff room very clean ..food hot and very good ..find it hard to find fault..outside areas could do with a clean up but that would just be nit picking ..great place great stay highly recomend

"This motel and the Diner is really lovely,I work away quite often.The tv didn’t work in the room to start with…the staff sorted it out no problem at all.Its screw and air conditioned.
The diner gets so busy so book.
I would recommend this place,both of them 100%!"
"Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed, powerful shower, quick check-in, helpful staff.
Only improvement would be to find a way to prevent the doors in the corridor from slamming shut as quite noisy."

Located a bit away from the city centre, the hotel's deco, ambience and service were comparable to a 5-star hotel. "The hotel was right in the centre of town and our room overlooked the Market Square and the church. Extremely comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Short stay parking was very close but it was a five minute walk to long stay parking. Building works going on on the front of the hotel at the time but that did not disturb us in any way"
