St Michael and St Martin's Church, Eastleach Martin, is a redundant Anglican church in Eastleach Martin, Gloucestershire, England. It has been designated by English Heritage as a Grade I listed building, and is under the care of the Churches Conservation Trust. The church stands close to the River Leach.
