Saas-Grund, Saas Grund

"The Capra Saas-Fee is a beautiful 5-star hotel, but for us it simply didn’t live up to the hype, especially considering the price. The hotel itself is lovely, but the service didn’t feel particularly personalised or attentive. We even had to ask three times for our cable car passes. First, they had the wrong email address despite us providing it at check-in; then, even after correcting it, nothing came through. We ultimately had to insist on having the passes printed so we could actually use...

"Absolutely perfect. Top quality appliances, beautiful staff, a perfect room - we couldn’t ask for more. 100%!"

"The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Zermatt which could save your money."

"Excellent"

"The staff ia friendly and helpful"

"It was very hard to find the hotel. We have had o asked for help from random people on the street. Very confusing on the parking spaces where you can park, maybe some signs and marking with some paint, and lastly the bells of a near by church ran almost all night long every half-hour. To where it made hard to sleep/rest. But the breakfast was pretty good and cleaness of the place was good as well.."

"All was good!"

"The front desk is very nice. The room with Matterhorn view is very good location to see the Matterhorn."
