"Rund um zufrieden!"

"Our stay at The Lodge Mallorca was mixed. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, with nice facilities and surroundings. We also really enjoyed the boat trip arranged through the hotel, which was one of the highlights of our stay. However, the front desk service was disappointing. Maria was often rude and unhelpful, and we felt spoken to as though we were being told off for asking questions. As visitors to Mallorca, we relied on the hotel for guidance, but our requests were met...

"We traveled from USA and were impressed with the hospitality of this hotel. We had a wonderful stay. Hotel was beautiful, clean and welcoming. The food was delicious with plenty of variety and drinks were excellent- there was always something to enjoy. The staff were friendly and attentive, overall it was a great vacation in Iberostar Albufera Playa, I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway."

"I just wanna start by saying how extremely disappointed I was about this week extended our trip in Majorca for an additional two days specifically to come up to Alcudia, and this was the worst part of our trip of a two week vacation and to end the trip. "Amazing stay amazing hotel"

"Our favorite hotel with access to the beach! All rooms were suites so we had plenty of room. Convenience to restaurants and shopping. One evening we took a bus ride to Alcudia. Great vibe and beach dining! Lovely, safe, and quiet hotel! Lots of games and activities for kids. 2 pools and grass area with ping pong table. Enjoyed our balcony and kitchenette. Staff was helpful and informative. Gym had good options too. Beach was so much fun, low to no waves."

"This is my second time returning. I'm not usually someone who likes to stay at the same place twice, but this hotel is central, safe and clean. Soller is the perfect location to visit Palma, Deia, Valldemossa etc. 2 minute walk to the squares restaurants and amenities. Pool has amazing views and the food is very nice. I would 100% recommend this hotel to friends and family."

"The proximity of the hotel to the hotel is great. My 6 year old loved the pool and the activities held everyday. We didn't try the food or the mini clubs. The pool by itself was sufficient to keep my kid busy. Easy for us to park around. Staff is very friendly. Strongly recommend!"
