We stayed for three nights in a Palace Room (their most basic), the hotel is a serene haven, the room lovely. Food (especially breakfast) is outstanding, The pool area (there are 3) has more luxury cabanas than there are rooms so you can always get one. The check in staff was incredibly helpful, the lobby, restaurant and bar was immaculate and clean making us feel very comfortable, and the room was amazing. We had a basic city view room that was laid out very well with a great balcony looking towards the church, and the balcony chairs were extremely comfortable. The included beer, juices, and coffee was a very nice touch as well that made us feel like we received a great value for our stay....
