"We arrived late past 12MN due to our delayed flight and yet we were given a courtesy for us to check out later than their usual check out time for a night stay. That was very considerate of them.
I appreciate that kind of customer service.
I want to thank the lady staff who was on duty last night. We had a good night sleep. The room, the bed , bathroom were so clean and fresh.
The only negative was the slow drainage on the shower. Other than that, all was well. Will stay longer next time.

"This was my second time staying at Bayprime hotel. Great hotel with great amenities it is among my favorite hotels in Manila. Ayala mall within walking distance although you have to cross a major road to get there. Breakfast buffet is a good value, staff is friendly and always available, and beds are super comfortable. Rooms are what you would find in a hotel 3x the price. "
