"We enjoyed our stay at Oakwood Premier Coex very much. However, there was 1 thing that the hotel needs to improve very much is the manner of the concierge at the drop-off counter. On the evening of Feb 13, our taxi got lost and we asked the guy at the counter inside the lobby (not the outside one) to talk on the phone with the driver, not only didn't he do anything, he yelled at the taxi driver and hung up. He also asked harshly at us why we booked a taxi via an app instead of the ordinary...

"UH Suite made our stay comfortable. The front desk is great at communicating and were quick to respond. We had a few requests for our group and they were so accommodating and helpful to us. We were a group of 4 so having two bathrooms helps a lot, the suite size is just enough room despite all of...

"My stay was excellent and the staff was very friendly and professional. The room was amazing, I liked it more than my room in L7 Gangnam hotel and it was much cheaper. The location is excellent and the price is unbeatable. I would definitely stay here next time. If they had a onsite gym, I would make this my primary stay in future trips to Korea!"
