Ruviano

"The property is beautiful, but our stay was deeply disappointing and, after approximately 40 years of travelling in Italy, the worst we have experienced there. The service was poor and the property felt disorganised. The owner rarely acknowledged guests, but readily lectured them, made loud phone calls near guest rooms and crossed supposedly private terraces. These terraces were also continuously monitored by cameras. The key card failed repeatedly; after the second failure, our calls and...

"There was minimal contact with staff and very few directions or instructions for room access and other hotel features. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The lights in the hallways were almost always off. Had to use the mobile phone flashlight on one occasion."

"Very nice place, amazing view and easy to reach by. Lovely stay if you want to visit CAIAZZO The price is great for the experience, I gave 4 star instead of 5 due to the furniture bad shape"

"Location was great, staff were very friendly and accomodating great place to stay."

"Excellent customer service, beautiful grounds and rooms. Lovely spa and wonderful treatments and amenities. We loved it !Thank you"

"The hotel is in a great location overlooking a green piazza. The cleaning staff do an excellent job and the room was spotless. Rooms are airy and spacious if a little dated. Our experience was marred by one rude member of staff. Rather than trying to help and respond to the most reasonable requests she made us feel as if we were bothering her. Everything was just too much trouble. We visit Caserta regulalry and stay and the Cavilieri. This time was the last. Such a shame for one person to let...

"Room was well maintained and quite spacious, We had a kitchenette which was nice. Breakfast in the morning was very good and the staff very friendly."

"Tutto molto buono."

"Hotel was hard to find as someone traveling from out of country. Walked the mall several times and ask multiple people but no help. Update description of location to help locate. Old Holiday Inn in mall. Staff was not friendly or helpful. Room was horrible and view sucked. Do not recommend."
