"While the apartment was very clean and amenities provided were all modern throughout. We unfortunately did not have a pleasant stay, the only thing was the poor sleep we had. The bed/mattresses was very worn, hard and uncomfortable to the point where you could feel the springs on a part of the mattress. The blinds were not fully sun proof so we had light coming through at 4am to the point we had to get some eye masks. On top of this, the noise and beeping of the elevator outside the front door...

"We stayed in the deluxe 2 bedroom unit and it was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfy and the bedrooms had black out curtains. I sent a message in advance asking for the beds in one of the rooms to be separated and they were each made with their own duvet and bedding, which we really appreciated (they were separated a couple of inches which was sufficient for us). "Very well located, spacious and well kept. Unfortunately they put us in a room right at the entrance of their second building in our first night. Our bed was right in front of the main door, so anyone could see us and we could hear every one that was coming in + the cleaning team at 6am next morning. Also the air conditioning was not working. Next day they moved us to a far better room that I believe should better reflect their standards. Make sure you don’t get that 1st family room!"

"We booked the room but were put in the very top floor! It was over a hundred stairs to the top! If you have any luggage over above your carry on you are struggling! It was a small place for two People. They said a king bed??? No it was a double bed and a very uncomfortable sofa. It was a lot to pay for very little comfort. Location was good. Just the logistic are horrible!"
