"Beautiful clean room. Free wifi and the free coffee and pastry in the lounge was great. Location is great - easy walk to Royal Mile and Castle but quieter than Old Town. Great shopping and restaurants nearby. Bed was comfortable. "
"This was an apartment-style hotel that was in a quieter area in the city but still within a 30-minute walking distance of all the places I had planned for my trip to Edinburgh (I love walkable cities, so this is not a disadvantage at all lol) + within a 5-minute walking distance to a convenient bus stop. "We were welcomed by the front desk with big smiles and Champaign. The location of this hotel is stellar, perfectly central to everything including the Waverly train station and very safe. I traveled with my daughter and we confidently explored the area after dark. It was a very short walk to all attractions, we didn’t uber once. The rooms are quiet and very comfortable, bar and restaurant lively and energetic. I couldn’t be more please with our choice to stay there."
"Amazing place with beautiful location. The only downside is that they market that you have the castle view but there are trees and you don’t see anything . "

"Perfect place to stay right on the Royal Mile. Amazing staff, incredible rooms and great service. Rooms are clean, spacious and modern and though the layout takes just a bit to get used to - I loved the historic feel of the hotel. Absolutely would stay here again. "
"Loved the apartment feel. It was nice to come back and relax after a day of walking in Edinburgh. Great TV loved the British comedy. Restaurants close by of many varieties of food choice. Grocery store around the corner and close to Grass Market. Friendly staff!!"

"Loved the big space, and the bed and couch were very comfortable! If anyone else is wondering as I did if the round dining table is a good size for working on a computer, there’s plenty of space for 1. I preferred sitting by the window there so just moved the desk chair. Super easy to walk around the castle to get places, and a Sainsburys is a block away. Felt safe at night to walk back.
As someone who doesn’t usually get their room cleaned partway but had a longer stay, I do wish there was say...
"I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with my family. The place was wonderful and clean and we had 2 rooms for a family of 4. The room is equipped with basic amenities including microwaves and washing machine which were indeed very convenient. The lady in the reception was very helpful when the bathroom water was not flowing out and she helped fix it. The place is about 20 minutes walk to the train station and near to most of the main attractions. Highly recommended. "
