"Checkin: The dude at reception needs serious training. His first statement was "We have run out of your room type , But we don't gaurantee bookings". It sounded like I was the dumb one to book a room with them. A hotel which puts blames on customers for booking , should not even operate. I was given a lower quality room than I had paid. As I was only there for conference, I accepted the option after complaint. Room: Shittest room you will get on the strip. The whole design is so wrong - I was supposed to look at Bellagio Fountains but was always looking at some other properties windows - atleast 20 of them.Meaning always had to keep the window covered. Maintenance: The tap in the bathroom is leaking and closing meant shifting the whole mechanism. Very dim lights in room and you can barely see with all lights on. One of the lights is just there as show with cables not even connected to anything. In room dining: You need an app to make food orders. The app is broken. The TV will always show "service unavailable". Location wise , this property wins as it's close to the strip. Otherwise very inferior experience. I live in hotels for 50-75 nights a year so I know when it's best to stay away from a hotel . This is the one I am never visiting again."

"Restroom and toilet were clogged. Staff didn’t help as much"

"At check in the guy told us we had to exit back outside and drive around to the Nobu. It turns out, nobu was inside where the original check in was. Wasted our time. Couldn’t use the refrigerator, it was $75 to use. If you move their items they will charge you. We had to be extra careful to not touch anything."

"Check in kiosks didn’t work which caused long line at check in desk. "
