In Santa's Hotel Santa Claus we do not have the tablets, because right in the city center it can be hard to see the Auroras, because of the city lights.However we hope you enjoyed your stay in Rovaniemi and you are warmly welcome to visit us again!

Hair/body shampoo and hand soap are included in all of our rooms, but we are sorry that the hand soap was missing in your room and will be more careful that it doesn't happen in the future. If there is something missing from the room, we will always try to help from the reception, if the problem has been brought to our knowledge. We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the heating system. In Finland, the tab water is drinkable, which is one reason, that the water bottles are not provided without extra charge. But we hope that your trip to Rovaniemi went overall well!

During the high season, the luggage room is usually full, which is the reason that some of the luggage is being held behind the reception.
