"We had originally reserved a room with two queen beds and a pull out bed. Once we received our room keys, we went up to the room and found all of the furniture disassembled and nothing in place. We notified the front desk, and they quickly tried to remedy the situation. Unfortunately the only solution they had was to split us up into two different rooms. As a family of 5 with 3 young children, this was not an ideal situation. I do believe the worker at the front desk did his best to remedy the situation, but this should have never occurred in the first place. "

"I checked in online & it made actual check in so easy. I just gave them my name & they handed me 2 room keys. The staff was very friendly, helpful & professional. The lobby area was clean the decor looked nice too!! Our room was clean with plenty of towels. Everything in the room worked!!! The bed was amazing!!! We slept great!!! My only complaint was the smell of marijuana in the elevators & hallways!! It was very strong!! But other than that our stay was great!!! Would definitely stay here again & would recommend to others!!!!"

"The gym did not have enough equipment at all. The pool was pretty hazy and something on pool wall and floor that was extremely rough on your skin/feet. "
