"Nice stay!"

"Nice hotel south of little rock"

"Clean room at good rate"

"Next to the Waffle House"

"The Delight Inn is no delight! This place truly should be condemned. It is falling apart, incredibly dirty. There is exposed wiring, our entry door to the outside had a good 3 inch gap underneath it… Can only imagine what comes in that room. Dead bugs everywhere, and one light appeared to have blood smeared on it. The bathroom was completely filthy with black Smears everywhere, and tons of rust stains. I highly recommend that Expedia not even less this property. it is not fit for human or beast."

"It was ok"

"The place is nice, very basic, but nice. The room had a fridge and microwave, no coffee maker. It did have a nice coffee bar in the lobby. The breakfast was our only real disappointment. They had cereal, oatmeal, bagels and muffins with juice. We were looking forward to waffles, eggs, something a little more hearty. But it wasn't bad, just minimal. We would stay here again."

"This property was beautiful & well maintained. Our room was spacious & clean. The best part was the delightful young lady who assisted me with check in!"
