"Fantastic location just near the Hippodrome and minutes walk from Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern & Haggia Sophia. We opted for a Double Deluxe room which would recommend as there is more space and a balcony. All the hotel staff (without exception) were fantastic - very welcoming and helpful. The rooftop bar was a plus point and the breakfasts were just what we needed before exploring Istanbul each day."

Hotel Arcadia Blue Istanbul

"We had an amazing time at the Arcadia Blue hotel at Sultanahmet. It’s a wonderful hotel and the staff were super helpful and accommodating. The location was fantastic, you could literally walk to every attractions in the area from Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Topkapi, Grand Bazaar, etc. the tram is just minutes away if you need to go other areas. Very kid friendly - we travelled with a toddler. The view from the hotel looking at the blue mosque is just unbelievable. And the rooftop breakfast area and the view is just stunningly gorgeous. Everything about the hotel is top notch from location, cleanliness, A/C, staff and all. We are already planning our next visit to this hotel in December. Keep up the great job."

All the staff from the people at the front desk to the cleaning crew and the dining area staff are all so caring and friendly. "Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Istanbul and the hotel’s location was excellent. However, our experience with the tea shop located inside the hotel was extremely disappointing. We purchased several tea products from the shop inside the hotel and later realized that the prices were extraordinarily high. The very next morning, I returned to the shop hoping to return part or all of the unused products, which were still in the same condition as when purchased. I was given a firm and immediate “no” without any effort to discuss a solution. I then attempted to speak with the hotel manager on three separate occasions. Each time I was told the manager was unavailable. I left messages and my contact information requesting a call back, but I never received any response. What disappointed me most was not only the amount of money spent, but the complete lack of follow-up and customer service. While I understand that the shop may have its own policies, I expected at least a conversation or acknowledgment from hotel management, especially since the shop is located within the hotel. My advice to future guests is to carefully ask for a detailed breakdown of prices before making any purchase from the tea shop. Turkey was a wonderful destination, and we truly enjoyed our trip, but this experience left a negative impression that could have been handled much more professionally."

"What a lovely boutique hotel, in the heart of Old Sultanahmet. Absolutely fabulous location. A short walk to the Blue Mosque, amidst all the shops and restaurants, and down the road from the Grand Bazaar and super easy metro. The hotel rooms are large, with nice drapes, and wood finishes. The staff are over the top incredible. They are kind, happy, helpful, patient and treat you like family. If I was ever again in Istanbul I would 100% stay here. I highly recommend this hotel."
