"You get what you pay. While certainly not the most expensive 5 star facility, it was still well appointed with a high level of service. The included private car transport from and to the airport was a nice touch."

"Our cleaning staff was excellent! The only issue was that we encountered disgruntled employees about tipping bc we didn’t understand the culture. Once we found out the customs, we didn’t encounter the attitudes anymore. Jerome, the employee at the beach/pool was awesome and needs a raise. He is the best part of the resort!!!!!!"

"The room furniture was old, the chairs were dirty and I had to call a few times to get a working TV remote control. they did not disclose that they would hold $50 per day on my credit card. I also requested a receipt for my payment and was told I had to collect it from the booking company so I hope nothing additional is added to my credit card. I was not able to use my hotel points towards the trip."

"The room was cleaned well and smelled great every day that we were there thanks to our housekeeper Andrea B. The staff was very pleasant and helpful especially Ruth N. She was very accommodating and made sure that our needs were met. The daily breakfast and the swim up bar were also great. Loved being able to have access to the Atlantis and over all was a great experience."

"The whole property was very clean and well maintained. Food for the most part was excellent. Staff was very nice!"

"Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. "

"There was no communication about checking in. There is no checking in. The area is not near anything, it seems more residential. No shops, no restaurants."

"The property is beautiful no doubt about that, with stunning views since it sits pretty high up ( maybe on one of the highest points) in a residential neighborhood. Therefore it is quite far away by foot from restaurants, shops, beach etc. It only makes sense if you have a rental car. We, unfortunately stayed in a room (Pearl)on the first floor that resembled more a cell than a hotel room with two twin!!!! beds, one chair with a small round table that was too small to put a computer up and...

"I love the ambiance of Sandy Port! It is nice for a quiet get away to just relax and unwind. The property is well kept and maintained. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional! I will definitely be back!"
