"Looks like some repairs and upkeep was completed but not cleaned up in 103"

"Decor in entry way was inviting. Refrigerator in room was not clean;bathroom had mold; hard-boiled eggs at breakfast tasted sour -likely bad. Breakfast room was not attended to as expected. Lack of quality eateries nearby."
