"Big"

"We love Duluth! The front desk staff was friendly and room was very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub! However, breakfast could’ve been better and the staff looked like they needed more help."

"Looks like some repairs and upkeep was completed but not cleaned up in 103"

"We were expecting a slightly different view from our balcony. "didn't like no elevator. we in our 80's and late 70's had trouble carrying suitcase up the 25 stairs. didn't like no instructions on how to operate the coffee machine. -did like the neighborhood, restaurant on either side of the Motel/hotel was nice, shopping nice, good beer nearby. -did like the quietness and cleanliness of our room."

"I don’t know"

"Nice location"

"I like the age and quality of the furnishings and building."

"Very neat property"

"Our stay was great. Plenty of parking and easy unloading. Nice staff. Quiet and very clean. Our room had the Bay Front/ Lift Bridge view. We kicked off with dinner at the Silos restaurant just past the lobby. Recommend the walleye tacos, or rib eye steak. The outdoor hot tub was relaxing. Pier B provides Duluth Coffee Co. and it is the best brew. We used Expedia breakfast vouchers when we booked. The breakfast menu had a good selection. We will definitely stay again."
