"Family with 2 kids and the tv didnt work from the time we walked in the room we let front desk know about it the first day it was 1am when we checked in so i didnt expect it to be fixed that night. Told the front desk in the moring for 2 days straight and the tv never got fixed! Problem 2 bugs 2 many to be excused and the burns in the wood and the bath tube is crazy. Dont go over one block or if thats what you looking for its prostitutes deep on that block! We will never stay in Midtown or another redroof inn. Ps they did give us half our money back should have to give it all back 2 stars is false advertisement its a 1 star at best."

"We tried to check in early and I was told they couldn't accommodate us, which I understand. I kept checking back periodically to see where we were at, no luck. Then I come back in to check again, what are you getting? It was it for the next hour the entire staff was eating lunch "

"The air conditioning worked well. The staff was nice. The room was not clean. There were stains on the walls, and spots of what appeared to be blood in the bathroom. There was 1 tiny trash can in the room, that was never serviced while we stayed there for 3 nights. The first night, the sink backed up. I told the lady at the desk and she let the maintenance man know, when we returned the second night, it was still plugged and stayed that way until the last night after she had to tell him again and he actually fixed it after saying he did. The pool was ok but the hot tub was NOT hot, freezing cold, actually. There are a lot of people staying there for long term basis and some that seemed to be up to questionable activities. Parking is not ideal since it's not a great neighborhood. Overall, it was a place to sleep after our long days of venturing out, but I will not be staying here again. "

"Towels were clean but not feeling clean the bathtub was not useable should be replaced rooms were not serviced at all unless we asked for things definitely not worth the price we paid and will not go back"
