"The hotel was very impressive on arrival in the foyer, check in staff lovely. The room wasn’t ready so we went up to the bar for a snack. I used the toilet there which left a lot to be desired. 3 cubicles for both men and women. Very shabby and basic, not what I expected after the initial entrance. Aside from that the hotel was nice, a clean, well presented room. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice from the buffet. "Whirlpool was a plus. Dishwasher unfortunately did not work and could not be quickly repaired during the 2 nights stay."

"If you travel by car, it’s ideal because the parking is located on the same property. The bathroom had mold in the corners, and the bed is a bit uncomfortable, but the place is well located and it’s easy to communicate with the person in charge of the apartments. Overall, everything else was clean."

"Very beautiful hotel in a great location in Ronda. This was our favorite hotel on our vacation in Spain. Wonderful breakfast. Beautiful room and view. Secure location to store the bags pre-check-in. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was great. If you drive, be sure to have the hotel register your car with the police so you don’t get fined for driving in the restricted zone, including driving over the historic bridge in Ronda"

"El hotel muy bien pero el servicio de restaurante es medio no amigable, queriamos cenar pero si no haces reserva (a pesar de no saber) no te dejan ni siendo huesped. "

Un paio di suggerimenti: viste le temperature di fine aprile, anticiperei l'apertura della piscina, al momento prevista per il 1° giugno; utili (anche se oggettivamente brutte) le zanzariere alle porte-finestre."
