"Decent hotel in an excellent location. Probably the best if traveling without a car. However, if you do have a car, the location might cost you additional dollars/euros you do not expect from a traffic fine. I am still not certain the sections of the street leading up to the bridge the hotel is located next to are restricted, but I just paid a fine months after our stay for driving in the restricted zone. Supposedly if you stay in a hotel in the restricted zone you are exempt, but nothing was...
