静かなエリアで近所にスーパーもあり、とても便利でした。スタッフも親切で、部屋も綺麗でしたし、居心地は最高でした。またローマに行く予定なので、ここを予約します。

Great room for price

Very walkable, safe neighborhood. Breakfast man helpful and hardworking. Room clean but bed was a little hard. Last night in Rome we ate at a restaurant called Larry’s and it was the best meal in Rome. Just a few blocks from the Guest house.

Nice hotel

This was a great place to stay for a quick trip. I would recommend it to anyone looking for simple accommodations. Fit my needs well. The staff was welcoming and very helpful.

Pessimo

Esperieza pessima. Non so che foto sono state inserite nel sito ma tutt'altro rispetto a quello che abbiamo trovato. Il bagno non era fornito di bidet. Le stanze avevano un arredamento pessimo, vecchie. Pulizie inesistenti, passavano solo a cambiare gli asciugamani. La colazione era disponibile dalle 8:00 quindi mai fatta anche se pagata in quanto alle 8:30 dovevamo essere sul posto di lavoro. Non era mai presente nessuno, solo l'ultimo giorno quando dovevano riscuotere la tassa di soggiorno. Mai più!

Grazie ugualmente per essere stati qui. In ogni caso non rispondo alle sue affermazioni, alcune delle quali palesemente false (l'arredamento ha al massimo 5 anni) in quanto anonime. Se si riscontrano problemi, li si fanno presenti al momento del soggiorno, anche telefonicamente (il mio numero è sulla porta d'ingresso)

Good Location

Plenty of restaurants and bars around, rooms are OK and have everything you need, but the area is loud and so is the plumbing, Staff are helpful when they are around, and its a short walk to bus stop and the park.

Rom zentral, aber jenseits vom Rummel

Schönes, großzügiges Zimmer mit Fenster zum Hinterhof, d.h. eher dunkel, aber sehr ruhig in einem alten Palazzo gelegen. Zu bemängeln sind der Wasserdruck der Dusche und die mangelnde tägliche Reinigung (zumindest Durchsaugen) des Zimmers. Ansonsten nett renoviert. Trotz telefonischer Absprache war niemand da, um uns zu begrüßen, wir wurden von anderen Gästen eingelassen und ich habe 2 x mit unserem Betreiber telefoniert, ohne dass jemand kam. Frühstück ist nur abgepackt, Milchkaffee und Hörnchen i.O., 3 Häuser weiter ist ein Supermarkt, wo man sich Obst und Müsli besorgen kann.

Calidad - precio muy buena, estancia agradable

Habitaciones sencillas, limpias y renovadas, calidad precio muy buena. Recepcionista muy agradable. Desayuno sencillo también, pero no se puede pedir más. Wifi funcionó perfectamente durante toda la estancia. Un supermercado a escasos metros de la ubicación, fantástica opción para evitar los disparatados precios cerca de las atracciones turísticas. Buena conexión de autobuses, en la recepción se dispone de un mapa con todas paradas etc. Estuvimos 5 dias para exprimir al maximo la cuidad y la verdad que encantados.

Amazing hotel in central Rome

Everything about this hotel was spot on, the location was perfect, there was a supermarket next door, the rooms were clean and modern with a balcony. Free breakfast, a hairdryer and safe were all provided at the hotel as well as there being teabags/refreshments available at the reception and a communal fridge for the guests. Staff gave us the keys so we were able to come and go as we needed which really came in handy! I would definitely come back to this hotel if I was to return to Rome!

Nice guest house, out of the way location

Room was clean and tidy. Shower poured more water from the pipe than the head, but it did the job. Didn't see a sole in our 4 days, only on check in and the day we checked out. No real complaint about the guest house, other than there was no where to change on check out day. Had a late pick up and flight and had spent the day walking around Rome in 34 degree heat and had to just pick up our bags and go. Rome is great though and really didn't spend that much time in room, too much to do out and about.

Nice, small and friendly hotel, central location.

Very nice little place to stay in Rome. The room was scrupulously clean and Camilla was very welcoming and helpful.

Très décevant

Chambre de 3 à peine la place pour tourner autour du lit petit déj servi pour 3 sur 1 plateau pas de place pour le poser, petit dej pris assis sur le lit L'hôtelier visible le premier jour puis plus personne. chasse d'eau en panne

Nette, unkomplizierte Unterkunft

Mit Familie in Rom, war das Guesthouse ein guter Ausgangspunkt für alle Unternehmungen. Nette Geschäfte in der Nähe, auch einige nette Restaurants. Zahlreiche Bushaltestellen in der Nähe - auch wenn man nie weiß, wann einer kommt.

Nice stay for reasonable price

Guest house is located on one floor of an apartment complex. The room (4) itself was not that big, but the bed was fine. Badroom was minimal, no floods but quite some elements were not that fixed as they should be (towel rack, hight of shower etc). Towels, soap etc was all available. Breakfast is minimal, you can select each day what you want on the list. Employees are friendly and it is quite clean in the guest house.

Dear Guest Anonymous, Thank you for leaving your review. We are certainly disappointed that your stay did not like. But I want to clarify a few things: - The first: "The hotel is not Well situated far from transport", which is absolutely not true. Our guest house is located in one of the most beautiful and stately neighborhoods of Rome, they are about 500 meters away from Piazza Fiume, from there go by a dozen buses that allow you to reach the 'sights and attractions (such as forexample Via Veneto, Termini Station ( where you can take 2 metro lines to take you anywhere), Tiburtina station, ect Popolo square. - The second: "The staff are not often present And Thus not helpful". As for the staff, our extra-hotel activities, has no obligation to guard the front desk 24 hours a day, but only eight hours, which we cover perfectly. In addition, for the entire property there are cell phone numbers, email where you can contact us for any emergencies. Dispiacita are, I hope to have again our guest. Best regards

Soggiorno per lavoro

B&b nella media, nulla di eccezionale. Arredamento abbastanza nuovo e pulito e proprietari disponibili. Solo due punti negativi: il portone di ingresso al palazzo si poteva aprire solo tramite apri porta collegato al citofono, quindi si è sentito squillare il citofono a tutte le ore del giorno e della notte (e fortunatamente la mia camera non era vicina all'ingresso, ma il rumore era comunque fastidioso). Altra nota negativa la colazione: si poteva scegliere tramite menù da lasciare giornalmente in reception ma è sempre arrivato la metà di ciò che è stato richiesto perché non disponibile. Nel complesso ok per un viaggio di lavoro per la posizione. Mediocre.
