ineccepibile questo piccolo hotel, ben posizionato, a 10/15 minuti da Vaticano e piazza del popolo. La struttura ha un suo fascino, il servizio di self-checkin funziona bene. In camera abbiamo trovato caffè, biscotti, acqua. Unico neo:la colazione - a richiesta - presso un bar esterno è un pò cara ( 14 euro ). Ci tornerei volentieri.

Historic building six rooms for rent on second floor remodeled nicely. Part time staff come in morning and leave after lunch you are on your own the rest of the day. Breakfast is OK and at the Twenty One Hotel next door. Our shower was broken and only a handheld spay worked that is why I give it a four and not a five. I have a bad back and a hot shower spray is very important to me. I would definitely return and rent again is the shower is fixed. Vatican approximately 10 blocks away. Rerstaurants and shop/markets all around area.

Dieses kleine aber feine Hotel liegt mitten im Zentrum nur ca. 300m Luftlinie von der Peterskirche. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sauber komportabel. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great stay!
Room was spacious, clean and relaxing. Our family of four had plenty of space and were pleasantly surprised with all the amenities offered. We couldn’t have asked for more from our stay. We were hesitant about the self check in, but the instructions were very straight forward and easy to understand. Surrounding area was safe and quiet with restaurants and shops close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stop in Rome
We were at the end of our 2 weeks trip in Italy and we which able to stay longer at Suites Farnese. Well located, very nice local restaurants around. The room was big and the service great as well. They helped us to park the car and advise in advance by whatapp.

Was really looking forward to this being a fabulous final location on an extended trip to Italy. Although the listing is accurate and the location decent (with a nice bar next door), overall this was a disappointing experience. The room provided was a junior suite, no way near as well decorated or appointed as the example on the website. The furniture and decor were very dated and whilst clean it was a bit student like. Aircon was also available but rattled and plumbing knocked during use. The property is listed as a bed and breakfast (which was the reason for booking) however it’s an optional service for which no instructions or details were provided regarding how to book etc. So we had no breakfast. Overall I think this is a low three star and whilst the awards displayed at the property for excellent reviews in 2020 were probably warranted then this property isn’t at that standard now. As a positive bathroom was good with very good shower (albeit very slow to drain) plus great bed with excellent linens.

The hotel/B&B is in a nice area and in an old historic building. Not too far from the Vatican. The entry looks very unassuming and just has a few step up to the elevator. You need a code to enter the front door. Once upstairs there's another door to enter the hotel floor with a code. It's all very straight forward. Since it's a small place the hotel desk is not manned 24 hours. Andrea (I believe that's his name) is there from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. He's very helpful with any questions or other help needed. (luggage, taxi etc) You get vouchers for your breakfast in the restaurant two doors down. And it's a very good buffet breakfast. The room was very spacious with high ceilings, nicely decorated, and had a good working AC. The bathroom was very modern and spotless. There also was refrigerator, and hot water kettle with coffee supplies, for use. The balcony was small, overlooking a courtyard. The only small negative thing was that the bar down below got a little loud some evenings. We had a very nice stay there for three days, and would stay there again. Thank you "Suites Farnese Design"

We liked the location, the historical look of the property, and the Prati area in general. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would suggest some updating to the property and keeping property in good repair. We did enjoy our stay.

The staff went above and beyond with excellent communication via WhatsApp and email prior to our arrival. The junior suite was ideal for our family of four with two teenagers.

What we liked was the walk in shower. What we didn't like was that we could not get hot water in the sink, only warm. What we didn't like was that we were not given any information about breakfast other than it was a buffet. We were not told that it was a half a block away until someone showed up at 8:45 and we had to leave for the airport at 9 so no breakfast nor coffee. What we didn't like was the door to our little balcony was open and no air-conditioning was on so the room was 24.8 C . We put the air on but it took until the middle of the night to cool enough. We would not stay there again.

Bon séjour entre amis
Le logement est plutôt pas mal situé, nous pouvions faire beaucoup de choses à pieds, la station metro est à quelques minutes de marche aussi. Le lieu est très propre en arrivant, en revanche le nettoyage quotidien n'est pas top. Une personne est à l'accueil uniquement le matin, mais l'équipe est très réactive pour toutes questions tout au long de la journée via whatsapp. La chambre junior suite (nous étions 4) est plutôt spacieuse et confortable, juste quelques soucis (pas très graves) dans la salle de bains.

Die Unterkunft wäre grundsätzlich sehr gut, auch die Gegend sehr gut. Gebucht (und bezahlt) über Expedia wurde ein Superior-Doppel-Zimmer, zugewiesen am Ankunftstag wurde ein normales Classic-Doppelzimmer. Auf Reklamation hin wurde durch den Vermieter wiederholt behauptet, das Zimmer wäre ein Superior-Zimmer. Nachdem er mehrmals auf die Bilder im Internet hingeweisen wurde, die das Zimmer eindeutig als Classic-Zimmer ausweisen meinte der Vermeiter, er wäre ausgebucht und ich solle mich wegen einer teilweisen Rückerstattung an Expedia wenden. Nachdem ich keine Lust auf eine weitere Auseindersetzung im Urlaub hatte, war der Vermieter in der weiteren Aufenthaltszeit hin dann sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Trotzdem hat mich die Sachlage insgesamt geärgert, zumindest das sture Festhalten des Vermieters an der durch die Bilder wiederlegbaren Behauptung.

club noise and smoke smell
Room 301 strong smoke smell that lasted for the entire stay; AC heat was not working, but kindly fixed by the service. Room 304 close to a nightclub, don't expect to sleep well.

Todo excelente en esta estancia
Todo estuvo muy bien, la habitación es amplia con respecto a otros hoteles que estuvimos buscando, el trato del personal fue de cordialidad, nos apoyaron a conseguir un taxi para nuestro traslado al aeropuerto ya que teníamos que salir a las 4:00 am. El hotel se encuentra en una excelente ubicación, cerca del Vaticano y cerca de la estación del metro Lepanto. Cuando ingresas parece que es un Airbnb pero ya una vez en la habitación todo bien, lo único fue el desayuno, no fue tan bueno, tienen un tipo "convenio" con un restaurante que está en la esquina.

The hotel was great, located in a walkable neighborhood, had AC, and was easy to access. My only complaint is there was no hot water for my shower in the morning. I did not have time to contact the staff to see if they could correct the issue as I had a strict timeline to leave.

Altamente recomendada! Excelente ubicación en un barrio tranquilo pero con restaurantes, tiendas y mercados cerca, distancia caminable a casi todo lo importante en Roma y a 5 minutos del metro. Espacios amplios, limpios y modernos, decorados con buen gusto. Camas cómodas, duchas excelentes. Desayuno buffet en el hotel justo al lado con todo lo esencial. Volveríamos sin pensarlo.
