The hotel is in a very convenient location near Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy access to the Metro so it was only about four stops from the Vatican stop. Staff was pleasant and accommodations worked out fine.

This place has the best location in Rome for both sightseeing and shopping. Just btwn Spain steps and Trevi fountain, you can also go to Colosseum and Vatican with a few stops with metro. The only concern was and property hasn’t been remodeled as the price went up.

Locatie was top! Kamer kon beter, afwerking was niet super (Er werd nog verbouwd denk ik) Een paar minpuntjes: raam sloot niet goed, waardoor de herrie op straat goed hoorbaar was. Tv hing scheef aan de muur. Weinig plek op spullen op te bergen. 1 nachtlampje deed het niet. Pluspuntjes: de ligging was perfect, aardig personeel. Ruime badkamer.

Mai più…la camera è sprovvista di bidet manco fossimo a Parigi , i muri sono sporchi è rovinato (da anni sembra) la doccia si trova accanto al letto perché nel mini bagno non ci entra e presenta tutta la muffa LA MUFFA nella parte inferiore, i cavi tv non presentano la classica canalina per i fili elettrici la sono avvolti stile anni 50 con il nastro isolante …. La camera in questione è la n 1 di via rasella 152 … uno scandalo

Great location, clean rooms, free breakfast! Don’t expect the amenities of most hotels in North America, like a spa or gym, but this hotel has what you need if you’re travelling to Rome.

Lo mejor la localización. A 5min de la Fontana di Trevi. Lo peor que la habitación que nos dieron no tenía nada que ver con las fotos. Había una humedad en la pared (aunque no olía) y la bandeja para productos de la ducha completamente oxidada. El desayuno ni bien ni mal, pero muy industrial. No es un hotel, es un bed & breakfast.

Muy mala experiencia. Llegamos y no había recepción. No había nadie nos tardamos 1 hora en poder comunicarnos con el dueño y que nos explicara lo complejo que era ingresar a la propiedad. Cuando dice en expedía que es un hotel y estamos viajando con menores de edad. La propiedad en muy malas condiciones nada que ver con las fotos de Expedia. Y el check out imposible a las 7:30 am no había nadie a quien hacerle el check out y nos tuvimos que ir pues teníamos un avión que tomar.

Good Morning, Our property does not have a 24 hours reception, as displayed, however we do provide the late check in option... After check in the guest has been advised our reception's time(08:00-21:00), nevertheless the guest left earlier than 07:00 and DIDN'T PAY FOR THE ROOM AND DOES NOT REPLY OUR SEVERAL PHONE CALLS!!!!!I hope you're happy with the money you've saved and people who works here had to cover !!!!

É a 2a vez que nos hospedamos no Hotel e gostamos muito. Fica bem localizado, muito próximo da Piazza de Espanha e Fontana Di Trevi e a poucos minutos andando do Pantheon e Piazza Magina, possui um custo benefício muito bom.

Pas satisfait
Je n’ai pas eu la chambre prévue. J’ai commandé une chambre de 65 m2 avec vue sur la ville. Or j’ai eu une vue sur cour (donc pas de vue) et un appartement de moins de 40 m2. La réception n’a rien voulu savoir. Ce n’est pas normal. J’attends que hotel.com revienne vers moi.

Excellent rooms except we once found the cleaning lady sleeping in our room. This situation was handled poorly. Refund was one breakfast.

Re-consider before ordering.
We received a triple room instead of a suite for 4. After complaining at the reception, we were told that all rooms are the same size, and that's the best they can do. With no other option, and as offered by the hotel, we booked another room for extra money, only to find out that now we got a huge room for 4, in addition to the room we got already. Of course - both rooms were payed for and no refund option. As a compensation - we got our breakfast free of charge, but still this cost us a lot more money... Only after contacting Hotels.com - we were refunded some of the amount back. Breakfast was OK. Cleanness in reasonable. Location is great. The hotel shares a building with our hotels and tenants. Take into consideration there are about 15 steps to get up to the reception desk. Some of the rooms are located on the same floor and some on a different floor. There is a small, old, scary elevator in the building.

Excellent location - easy to walk everywhere. The room was a nice size as was the bathroom - (not very common for Rome). The view from the window was gorgeous too.

This was the perfect location!! It was in walking distance of all the famous sites!! We felt safe as there were 3 doors with 3 different keys upon entry to our room. The staff was extremely professional and friendly!! Couldn’t really ask for more 👍

The Rome King Suite was amazing. We stayed for 4 nights in the 2 bedroom apartment. Location was amazing, rooms were spacious and comfortable. Would recommend Netflix, all TV channels were in Italian. Otherwise 5 stars !

C’est très bien placé et pas très loin de la fontaine de Trévi mais le plus gros problème est l’insonorisation...j’entendais mes voisins comme s’ils était dans ma chambre ... assez difficile de dormir Ne choisissez pas la chambre 4a ou 4b c’est pas supportable d’entendre tes voisins comme ça

Excelente para unos dias... cerca de fontana de trevi pero con lo basico para unos dias en roma... sin lujos, sin grandes espacios (como en todo europa), sencillo y lindo! Simple, no es enorme pero tiene lo necesario para dormir. Excelente atencion del recepcionista, si llegas por la noche avisa con anticipacion porque se van del hotel
