La nostra prima colazione è rapportata al fatto che siamo una struttura a due stelle con tariffe decisamente competitive per la zona nella quale siamo ubicati. L'ascensore: è indicato in tutti i portali di prenotazione on line nei quali siamo presenti che non abbiamo ascensore.

Usually, if there are problems, guests go to the reception where our staff tries to solve the problems, even proposing a change of room. You have said nothing about the problem you claim to have had and we are very sorry for that.

Gentilissimo Signor Gennaro, lei non ha soggiornato nella nostra struttura. Le ricordiamo che se tra gli ospiti non c'è relazione di parentela, i minorenni debbono necessariamente avere l'autorizzazione dei genitori e la sua fidanzata di 15 anni ne era sprovvista.
