Very nice stay
Good location between Vatican and other main attractions. Easy to check in and check out. Large comfortable room. Clean and quiet. Great breakfast. Good service. Only problem is small elevator.

Un hotel con habitación estándar, con todo lo necesario para una estadía y más como un lugar como Roma. Tiene un excelente ubicación, está muy cerca del castillo de san angelo, y con fácil acceso al Vaticano a un lado y por otro lado el centro a pie, y si quieres ir más lejos, la estación del. LEPANTO está a 4 o 5 cuadras. El desayuno super completo! Gracias a Regie y. Silvana que nos ayudaron, extrañaré sus capuchinos matutinos.

Great location. Fantastic and friendly breakfast, bar and cleaning staff, and excellent breakfast. Booked a small room for seven nights, which was only one available. It was comfortable, spotless and well laid out. Only minor complaint’s the closet space was a small cubby with no draws and room a bit noisy. I will stay here again.

The only bad thing I can say is the noise at night. There’s a lot of trash trucks that come and they are extremely loud. We had a balcony room on the 5th floor and it sounded like the trucks was in the room. But overall really nice place to stay.

Klasse Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal, sehr sauber und ruhig und mit einer tollen Dachterasse mit Blick auf den Petersdom. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar und im Viertel gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen und Shoppen!

Superb boutique hotel that is in a safe not too busy location. Very handy for transport, dining out, shopping and local attractions. Staff are very friendly and helpful and made our stay a great experience. Would certainly go back there.

Disfrutamos nuestra estadía en el Hotel Isa, ¡lo recomendamos ampliamente! El cuarto super limpio, con un aroma delicioso. El control remoto con su respectiva bolsita. La ubicación es excelente, quedamos muy satisfechos con el personal del hotel. El desayuno era delicioso, bastante variado. ¡Cuando esté en Roma, el hotel Isa es el lugar donde alojarse!

Overall this is a good hotel but not sure it’s a 4-star one. Great points include cleanliness, room facilities and breakfast selection. However, if you’re keen on proximity to city centre this is not the best hotel. The staff at breakfast aren’t the friendliest and on occasion my room entry card wouldn’t work at night and I had to wait at least 20 minutes for a receptionist to help. It’s also easy to hear your neighbours (a problem since I had loud and lousy ones) and hot water in the shower is a hit and miss. Overall I would say it was an average to fine stay but not great and not a 4-star experience.

Very enjoyable experience
Have stayed in this hotel on several occasions & always had a great stay. Great staff from reception to breakfast & cleaning who are all very polite & helpful. Good breakfast choice, bar area available in the evening & views of St Peter’s Basilica from rooftop area. Room could possibly now do with an update but all very clean. I had another great stay & will stay again when I return to Rome.

Dall'accoglienza fino al check out ci siamo sentiti coccolati e speciali. Personale altamente formato e specializzato hanno reso il nostro breve soggiorno veramente perfetto. Un neo da trovare? Magari potenziare il wifi visto che l'edificio è costruito con mura spesse e a volte il segnale diventa flebile, ma comunque sempre presente. Ritorneremo volentieri

The hotel is nice but not 4 stars. The wifi in our room did not work. The breakfast was fine - when there was still something left. It got finished quickly and the staff did not fill it up again. The fruit was old and had gone bad unfortunately.

Top hotel in Rome. Highly recommend!
Great hotel in a superb location. Three day stay for business. Hotel has a small ironing room on the third floor which gave me the option to iron shirts. Stayed in the smallest room which was comfortable enough for me. Rooftop has great views. Humble friendly service at the bar and at breakfast. Reception team booked cars and taxis for me including the airport. I had other hotel options but I was glad I stayed here. Modern, clean and quiet. I will stay here again when I return to Rome. Almost everything is in walking distance.

Loved the Hotel Isa. Rooms are excellent, hotel bar & breakfast were amazing. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Helped us getting transportation from FCO & to Civitavecchia.

The Hotel is well maintained, in a centric location about 20 minutes walk to the Vatican and 15 minutes walk to the Fountain of Trevi. The only drawback is the small elevator. The breakfast is excellent and they are on their top floor with a great view of the City. Rooms are huge. We had a corner room for 2, but in addition to the Queen size bed, they had 2 sofa beds for 2 more people. They are located inside the Wall so any taxi drive will automatically add another 25 Euros for being inside the Wall. All in all a great Hotel in a convenient location.
