Personale accogliente h24 per cui anche se siamo arrivati dopo la mezzanotte abbiamo fatto un check in tempestivo ed accogliente. La stanza era ampia, ben curata ed accessoriata. Fantastico ed ampio il balcone esterno. Doccia comoda e armadi capienti. Unica nota migliorabile é il parcheggio sotterraneo, un po' trascurato e soprattutto con spazi stretti tra i pilastri ma fortunatamente non c'erano molte auto.

Not a great overall experience
The room wasn't fully cleaned, old towels still hanging up, the pullout bed was not made and no sheets or pillows in the room, had to argue with the front desk to supply them, and two male receptionists were extremely unhelpful, asked about trains and was told to download an app, not one bit helpful,especially given it takes a train and metro to get into town- wouldn't go back

Fint ophold
Alt i alt var vi meget tilfredse med vores ophold. Vi boede i hotellejligheden på 3. sal i sammenlagt 3 døgn. Moderniseret og meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Værelset var dejligt med et lille tekøkken og en stor altan med langt udsigtskig. Morgenmaden var virkelig alsidig og smagte dejligt. Mindede meget om skandinavisk morgenmad med et tvist af det italienske. Det var muligt at spise både inde og ude. Vi sov dejligt i sengen. Indre by lå 4 km væk og kunne nemt gå til og fra. Der kørte også en bus langs ruten, men den brugte vi ikke. Der var en masse seværdigheder og spændende oplevelser i Rom, og det var lige før, at vores to hele døgn var for lidt. Der var parkeringskælder til bilen, som kostede 10€ pr døgn. Det var også muligt at parkere gratis på gaden men med risiko for ridser eller andre skader. Dejlig pool, men ikke nok liggestole til alle samt rigtig mange børn, som gjorde, at det ikke var muligt at opholde sig i poolen eller svømme en bane uden sprøjt, larm eller ramme ind i andre. Der var desværre ingen rengøring på værelset, og vi skulle selv samle brugt linned og smide vores affald ud uden for. Der var kun plads til 3 mennesker i de to elevatorer, som vi skulle bruge meget tid at vente på, så vi måtte tage trapperne de fleste af gangene. Kan varmt anbefales til, hvis man vil ud og se Rom og med plads til lidt afslapning ved pool og/eller på altanen.

Everything was good
everything was good. I would leave the pool open for a longer period. Maybe from 8 am to 23:00. So as to be able to use the pool when turists come back from ¨turisting", as it was so hot during the day.

This is an apartment hotel. So no extra beds for the kids was prepared. Do it yourself was the feedback we got. Everything cost extra and a bit too much for the value. It is an ok place. But nut much more. Tip: there is a local shop 5 minutes walk where you can buy everything you need from coffee to breakfasts.

Weekend stay
The staff took good care of us and made dinner recommendations when asked. I had an emergency where the screw of my glasses got loose and the front desk was able to find an utility knife to help us fix the problem after trying to find a screwdriver small enough to work. Breakfast was enjoyable.

Reception not help full, I asked about getting taxi earlier morning is requesting do night before went not tell me is going charge all night after my round ended is really ridiculous pay 40 euros for driving about 8 to 10 minutes . Not really good with customer I’m never going back there

Transports communs: gare Trentilia Balduina aux pieds de l hotel. Acces centre ville à 1€/trajet. Arret de bus 990, à 200m, frequence 15 à 20min, Navette hotel-aeroport, minibus de l'hôtel : 9 places, coût partagé. (Plus avantageux que taxi..) ex: 40€ le matin à 05:15 pour 2 personnes, avec 4 passagers. Commerces: Supermarche boulangerie à 300m.

2 chaises extérieur pour un logement pour 4 ! Très bruyant, on entendait les conversations des voisins à l’intérieur des logements. Les volets roulants grincent. 1 seul restaurant à proximité et cher. Pas de bar ou de café à proximité.

A great spot outside the busy, crowded centres with a train station only a few steps away. Easy to get anywhere in Rome within minutes. Great pool to relax after sightseeing. Room has a comfortable bed and functional appliances. Great restaurant next door as well. Staff are very friendly, knowledgable, and speak multiple languages.

Week-end en famille réussi, logement très propre et très bien équipé, piscine très appréciable en ce week-end de mai très chaud, personnel agréable, serviable et parfaitement polyglotte. Établissement un peu loin du Vatican et des sites touristiques de Rome mais la proximité de la gare permet de rejoindre ces lieux facilement et à faible coût. Le restaurant au pied du bâtiment est très très bien

The images online were not a true representation of the location. The shower head was broken. Water sprayed everywhere when in use. The ceilings were moldy from condensation and the ceiling tiles not properly placed. This made me feel like our privacy was violated as the ceiling hole was right above the toilet. I had to get onto a chair to try to get it closed. The power outlets on one side of the room did not work. I asked for an iron for the room. It was listed as upon request online. Never received it. The AC did not work. We could hear full conversations from outside at all hours of the day and night. It was over priced for the quality received. Would not return or recommend.

Pretty good place to stay in Rome
The hotel was fine. The shower in the room was very small. And the bed was 2 beds pushed together with 2 Separate blankets which was uncomfortable for a couple. The front desk people were very nice. And the location was great. It was right next to a train station and a restaurant
