Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. Frühstück war sehr gut und viel Auswahl. Hotel für die Städteausflug sehr gut gelegen und per Bus einfach erreichbar. Das Hotel hat uns nicht das letzte mal gesehen.

Estimado Cliente,Lamentamos mucho su experiencia negativa. No sabemos exactamente en qué zona de Roma quería quedarse, pero existe Google Map para ello. Nuestras instalaciones están en el corazón de Roma, frente a Villa Borghese y están bien conectadas por transporte público. Les pido que si es posible nos den más detalles sobre el personal porque no entendemos lo que quieren decir con "horrible", es bastante vago. Saludos cordiales

Very happy with our stay at Aldrovandi Residence. Very attentive staff, great breakfast, and very well located. Definitely recommend.

In general a good option to stay in Rome. Located on the edge of Borghese park which is very nice. Borghese Gallery is also not far, Piazza del Popoli, Spanish stairs 10-13 min away. A few really nice restaurants - 10 min walk. The property is screaming for renovation but this is not unusual for Italy. Staff were nice, but room keeping were forgeting to replace body lotion. Breakfast was not superb, but quiet decent. As we were at the begining of Apr, the garden and pool were not functional and even not gaken care of. The area itself is kind of quiet the by Aldrovandi street get busy early morning and the noise wakes you up with windows open. Bus stop is nearby.

Tram stop close to property was very convenient. Fun to hear sounds from the zoo across the street. Wish there would have been dining options within a reasonable walk from the property. No microwave in the unit - that would have been more convenient, especially since no close places to have dinner.

The property was in a nice location. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast offered was very substantial with lots of variety. First time staying at this location and would use this location again, I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay. It’s style is old Italian but still very comfortable. Plenty of room for family of 4 in our suite. Just note everything is 15-20 walk..but then you get to come Home To quiet area and relax away from center city. We used taxis a lot or walked a lot! Pool is fantastic.

Located by the beautiful Borghese Gardens, this property is in a nice quiet area, about 25 - 30 minutes walk to the Spanish Steps, which on a summers day @ 36 degrees is a fair walk. Perhaps a shuttle bus would be a good idea for elder patrons who can not walk that distance or families with small children. There are no restaurants close by and the nearest supermarket is a fifteen minute walk away, there is no mini market close by either. The staff provide excellent service though, were fluent in English and eager to help out. The apartment we had was a great size, comfortably appointed and breakfast was very good, the rooms and grounds are spotless, as is the pool area. However, at over 200 euro a night, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, it was one of those where two single bed mattresses are placed together to make a king sized bed. The mattress on the left hand side was obviously old and had collapsed on outside, the timber base creaking with every move made.

Room was large but dark and dingy. Bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Drinking water was extra charge. Pool was nice but pine needles kept falling on the chaises. Location was good. Staff was nice.

I would have given this property an excellent rating. Facilities were great, really nice breakfast. Room was spacious and cozy. My only disappointment was that cleaning staff took our purchased beach towels by mistake and they were never returned. What is more surprising is that when I asked if something could be done to compensate us, even for a small bar service charge to the room, management said No. That’s very disappointing and frankly not thinking about the big picture. Just left us with a bad taste.

The property is old but well taken care of. The prices were a bit high and no grocery or shopping stores near by. Also it is extra on cost because they are located outside the Rome walls I was told. Over all, not very centric location but comfortable to stay.

Excellent hotel
Hotel Androvandi was beautiful and the service was great. We had a free breakfast which was great with lots of choices. Fresh fruits and breads. Very clean and beautifully decorated.

We were very well taken care of by all the staff here. We enjoyed our large rooms. We had one opportunity to swim in the pool but sadly the rainy cold weather for the rest of our stay didn't give us an opportunity to enjoy this more - other wise I think we would have greatly enjoyed the outside bar and lounge area! Breakfast was good. We loved being in this quieter area of the city - lovely walk through the park to get DT. Easy transportation (both taxis and trams etc.) Some great local restaurants too. We would definitely stay here again.

The stay was wonderful, especially the free breakfast. Not only was it buffet but also service to your tables! The location is a little outside of the touristy area of rome so transportation did take some additional time. Other than that, clean and great stay. Large room space and wonderful people!

Le studio était bien mais les fenêtres donnent sur une grande artère où la circulation automobile est importante et surtout où passent les tramway très bruyant. Pas facile de se reposer d'autant que la circulation du tram est de 5 h à 00h ou 1h le week end. En outre l'hôtel se situe à un carrefour avec des feux. Tous les studios seraient côté rue et notre demande d'avoir une simple chambre côté jardin n'a pu aboutir. Dommage car notre séjour était assez long....Par ailleurs le montant des taxes que nous avons payé pour la durée du séjour était plus élevé que celui annoncé.

Cher client, nous sommes désolés que votre séjour n'ait pas été entièrement satisfaisant. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu faire de surclassement de courtoisie, la structure était complète. Tous nos appartements disposent de double vitrage, il aurait été utile au moment de la réservation de prévenir la réception de la nécessité d'une chambre éloignée de la rue. Nous sommes désolés de vous contredire mais vous vous êtes acquitté régulièrement de la taxe de séjour de 4 euros par jour et par personne. Nous ne comprenons pas où vous avez pu recevoir ces informations incorrectes. A Rome, les résidences 4 étoiles facturent le montant de 4 euros Nous vous demandons d'annuler/modifier ce jugement négatif et incorrect sans aucune justification.

The team within the property were very friendly and welcoming. Having our own kitchenette was great. We discovered the fridge wasn’t cooling properly, the team replaced it with an hour. There are some lovely walks in the park opposite the property. Visitor attractions are not that far either, walking or taking the bus or tram that stops outside the front door.

Really friendly staff, easy to get to, tram stop right outside. Lovely surrounding area with a park to walk through to the shopping area. Breakfast room was great with options to suit our family. Only negatives were the room was old fashioned and dark, but clean and had everything we needed, and unfortunately the pool wasn’t ready for use due to being the end of winter season. Great lounge area where we could wait for our airport transfer and charge phones before our homeward journey.

Staff and manager were super friendly and helpful. Cleanliness of the place was excellent. The morning breakfast was great, my family all loved the fresh bakery items and fruits. Only disappointment was the pool but I understand it is out of season.

On the last day, I asked the front desk gentleman to call a taxi to FCO. He kindly recommended a "hotel taxi service". I asked the charge, he answered to me "$70". I asked whether the fixed rate to FCO was $50 ? He explained to me since the hotel was not located in ROMA downtown. I couldn't buy the explanation, he called a regular cab, we were charged the fixed rate and arrived FCO on time. It was quite and safe. The wood furniture was very old and the glass table was relatively new, however it's missing a lot of screws to secure the glass table top on the metal frame. Be very careful ! The breakfast was not too bad, but can be better for a 4 star hotel.

C'est un "appart - hotel" où les chambres sont équipées avec kitchenette, table pour dîner etc.. Le tout nécessiterait une modernisation, on a un peu l'impression d'être resté dans les années 80. Literie toutefois de très bonne qualité. Le personnel est très aimable et disponible, ce qui est appréciable. Le petit déjeuner est décevant, indigne de la signature Aldrovandi. Il y a des services de bus juste en face de l'hôtel. Le Musée d'Art Moderne est à 5 minutes à pied, la piazza del Popolo (et donc la vieille ville) à 15-20 minutes à pied, dans un cadre plutôt sympathique. Pas de restaurant à proximité directe, il faut marcher une dizaine de minutes vers viale Rossini (Restaurant Rossini excellent !) ou via Luciani - piazza Euclide.

Erverdig gammelt hotel med leiligheter i et fint område av Roma. Greit renhold og god frokost. Ekstemt hjelpsomme og hyggelig personale. Fint at hotellet ligger ved en floty park. 15 minutter og gå til sentrunm.

Et hyggelig gammel hotell, vi var godt fornøyd med vår rom. frokosten var veldig dårlig. bassengen var nedslitt og ikke veldig rent.
