Dear Luis Ricardo,we are surprised to read your review with such a bad valuation.First of all I would like to remind you that we are next to Tiburtina station, main station to connect you to the city center and to the other italian cities.We are at 1 minute walk to the metro B stop that connects you in 15 minutes to the Colosseo ! My colleague was so kind to aware you about pickpockets, not to don't use the metro.I personally made the check out and you never mentioned about a free cancellation, you told me that you just wanted to be next to the Trevi fountain.You also told me that the room was beautiful so we take this compliment and we wish you a fabolous day!Ciao
