"Very good. Might have been useful to explain no lift. Some might struggle to get to 2nd floor. I was there for a hospital appointment but luckily coped last night. (May not have done another day). Receptionist totally baffled when I asked about bus stop directions. But otherwise good and looking forward to my next visit in 6 days "

"The hotel is very 2024. Pros: The room was accommodating and The receptionist who checked us in was very helpful. The leisure was impressive. The gave us towels and wrist bands for lockers they had a dryer machine for clothes They had a a dyson hair dryer and straighter avaliable. The floors were dried straight away by staff. "Absolutely loved our stay here. The grounds and the rooms were so beautiful and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. "What a beautiful place, so full of character, we went for our anniversary and was upgraded to a room within the mansion, we even had an anniversary card and the towels were shaped into a pair of swans on our bed. service was great and the food, couldn't fault anything, will definitely go back"

"A very clean room and bathroom. Room amenities were good, apart from only having 1 bed pillow each which wasn’t to our liking. If staying at this property, perhaps recommend staying on 1st floor as our room was ground floor and the noise from upstairs guests was very loud - not much in terms of sound insulation.
