Only downside - the radiators in the room cannot be controlled so it was unbearably hot the whole time. The AC can be controlled but it barely makes a dent in the power of the radiator. The hotel is obsessed with eco friendliness, but I hate to think how much energy I wasted having the window open, the AC on the strongest coldest setting, and the radiator...

"Upon arrival I was told there would be no housekeeping other than bin emptying and towel replacement. That should have been made clear when I was booking! This meant if I used a cup or glass it was left dirty, nothing was tidied or vaccuumed - it was not what I expect from a hotel. Moreover when they did come to empty the bin / replace towels it was not until 5.30-5.45pm. The hallways had clearly not been vaccuumed for some time so clearly very little cleaning occurs anywhere.
The room was also...

We had no problem with all the other shifts from the morning to early evening but when the night staff came on, they were rude and disrespectful to us. I think they need training on customer service and communication. or all together a career change especially for one of them( the shorter one)I said a...
