"When you arrive at the motel, your first impression is what was I thinking. The outside is not an indicator of the cleanliness of the rooms. The rooms are very nice inside and i'm a very picky traveler. Beds were very nice. Actually, the whole experience inside was wonderful. Nice little cafe next door to get food. I would spend the night there again."

"The Econo Lodge is exceptionally convenient to I-581 and the Berglund Center which is directly across the road. Staff was friendly and the room was nice and clean. They offer a continental breakfast but this property is a no-frills type of accommodation. Still, the location, price point, and convenience make it a great choice when in the downtown Roanoke area. Will certainly stay again."

"Beautiful little sweet. Very very clean. Great location. Used to get to felt very safe. All the conveniences were needed. The only downside is that they really could upgrade the bed. It was uncomfortable and probably needs a new mattress, but not enough that we wouldn’t stay here for a night again if we come back for another concert"

"Checked into a room. There was no toilet seat on the toilet as it was laying in the floor. There was no shower curtain, the towels were stained, the drawers were all broken and missing handles, there was trash in the drawers, the bedspread was dirty with burn holes in it. There was no remote, no ashtray and the AC unit looked like someone had taken off the front and didn't put it back on all the way. It was disgusting! I quickly complained and went and stayed somewhere else. "
