"The hotel is fine - I would struggle to say 5 star. The pool is nice but by a busy road and the terrace is lovely with great views over the port. We booked a cathedral view room but there was a massive palm tree in the way as we were on the 1st floor. However, there is no free water in the room - you have to use the mini bar at €5 per bottle. "Overall the place was good. Location is on a hill with narrow windy street, so can be tiring walk back. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Only major con is room smelled a bit like mold/meldew and water would get everywhere when you showered because there is only one door with limited coverage. Pool area and bar were nice."

"The triple room was very small with no balcony - we ended up paying to upgrade. Also the pool is in an orangery (with slide open doors and pull back roof) which I think isn’t made too clear. But otherwise it was lovely"

"El hotel cuenta con lo suficiente si solo lo usas para dormir y durante el día estás visitando la ciudad y las playas. El perdón al fue muy amable. Sin embargo, el anuncio decía que el hotel contaba con muebles (camastros y sombrillas) y acceso a la playa directo y esto no fue así, la playa más cercana queda a 10-15 min caminando y tampoco te ofrecen los servicios prometido en la playa."

"Nice hotel, room was basic but did the job. Probably in need of an upgrade soon. The two areas for improvement; Breakfast - no gluten free options Noise - for the 3 night stay, I was woken every night by noise outside ( I was on the 5th floor) and by drilling at 7am on a Friday morning on the pavement.
