"The check in person informed me that my 3night stay will not qualify for any points in my IHG membership, because I booked my stay on Expedia and not through IHG directly! This is totally unacceptable!
Also I wanted to renew my IHG Ambassador membership and was tod no need to renew as the membership has no renewal option and is not necessary to renew, the benefits keep going! IHGis this correct?
This sure makes me want to just drop my IHG membership…..
