Pool was really nice. Rooms were clean but the door didn't close all the way without a lot of force for the main door and the bathroom door. The area is great. Everything you need was very close

The staff was very kind. The shower leaked and the fire doors keep closing which kept waking me up.

Best Western Rochester Marketplace Inn
There was no hot water for a shower. There was only one person working the desk at check in and then again at breakfast the next morning. Definitely understaffed. The bathroom tub had mold all along the under side edges. You could hear people in the hallways very easily. Would not recommend.
