JC on the front desk was always funny and very welcoming and helpful. To the maintenance guy that sorted our air-conditioning for 2 nights, bless him, he was very patient and very professional. To the girls in the restaurant, lovely smile in the morning to greet us for breakfast is a very nice experience. The guards by the main entrance are very polite and well mannered. We truly enjoyed our short stay 4D/3N. The staff running the place are exceptional, truly the face of Filipino world class hospitality. The location was amazing. So many good places to eat, our favourite being the Ka Lui Restaurant, it is similar to Subo of Boracay. We love Puerto Princesa and Best Western Plus-The Ivy Wall made it extra special.
