"I liked that breakfast was included in the rate - it was a huge spread and delicious. Rooms are spacious. Great location - Starbucks downstairs. Subway and market across the street. The L is a couple blocks away. Staff great."

"The outside area was okay. The inside was clean, bed was comfortable. There was a microwave (didn’t use) and refrigerator. Large screen tv was nice. Water pressure was just okay. Had some issues checking in because I used my initials (which is what I go by) on my reservation and my ID has my name fully written out. The front desk was not going to let me stay because of that. I had to call Hotels.com and finally they changed my reservation to state my full name. Was not off to a good start. Did have some nice restaurants near by and the lake was across the main road."
