"Let’s start with the check in. Immediately get double charged for the room despite paying on Expedia. Then after the confused guy at the front desk waits for his manager to try and figure out how to refund the double charge we finally head up to our room. Upon entering our room I head to the restroom and relieve myself. Guess what? The toilet doesn’t flush. Back to the front desk we go.
