The experience I had at this hotel was excellent. The staff was very friendly, kind, and accommodating. Very personable and welcoming. The room was very clean and the included morning breakfast was a huge plus. I’m glad I booked a 3 night stay here while traveling to Indianapolis for The Final Four.

It was a good experience. The beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided in the shower. The breakfast was pretty good. The staff wasn't overly friendly and the elevators were a little slow.

Every interaction during my stay was positive, which made the experience even better. The room was clean, modern, and well organized, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety to start the day. The location is convenient, with nearby restaurants and stores, which made everything easier during my stay. Thanks to all the staff for providing such great customer service during my stay. I stayed here for about four days and I am very satisfied with the treatment I received. Every interaction with the staff was pleasant, and everyone was professional and helpful. Breakfast was very good, the room looked clean and nice, and the overall atmosphere was quiet, which made the stay comfortable. The location is also convenient and easy to access. I would like to give special thanks to Darla and the other staff members whose names I did not get, because they were all extremely kind and made the experience even better.
