"We have had a wonderful 9 days at Castello Risano. Excellent service from booking and throughout the stay. The apartments are just beautiful and so well kept, very clean with lovely furnishings and the most incredible view over the bay of Kotor. The grounds and pool area are very well maintained, there’s free parking and a short walk down the hill to the local shops, restaurants and harbour. "We stayed five nights in a lovely apartment with its own garden setting, enhanced by a friendly cat and a family of tortoises. The apartment was located a short walk from the Old City, and nearby to a supermarket and restaurants. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well appointed, and in summer we enjoyed the gazebo. The owner was helpful and communicative."

"Really nice modern apartment, a little way out of the main town but easily walkable. Had a great welcome and was offered lots of tips and local info. Great view from the balcony and the apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed. Although the kitchen area was quite small we managed to cook breakfasts and other small meals easily. Really great place to stay"

"Electrical fittings half way through repair. In shower room the water tank expansion valve leaked, each shower, down the back of the plugged in washing machine. Very poor mattress and bedding. Very noisy room, from 24/7 main road and local disco to late night. Advice: don't book this one."
