"Brilliant all round"

"Wonderful location. Great staff. Lovely stay!"

"Nice quiet place to stay right in the middle of everything. Rooms were spacious and clean, the hotel staff was excellent as well. Be advised you need a code to access the property when you check in, and if you book through Expedia you won’t be sent anything and will have to call the hotel for the entry code."

"Very centrally located. A small property with 4 rooms, but the hosts were accommodating and the air conditioning was wonderful! 😃 would stay there again."

"The hotel and staff were amazing. The hotel was clean and in perfect location to everything , staff was professional, polite, and helpful. I would recommend and stay here again. In fact we met people in the same hotel that stayed there multiple times and loved it. You won’t regret it."

"Lovely small hotel in the heart of the city. Very convenient to get to all the sites and transport. Super helpful staff, very easy to communicate with even though I didnt see them as I was out all day. Very clean."

"리셉션이 없어서 불편했지만 그외 시스템이 잘되었어 적응하면 편하네요 트레비분수가 가까이 있어 언제든 가볼수있어 지리적으로는 최적이에요"

"The location was great, very close to Trevi fountain. We found it really hard with the smell coming from the 5th floor toilets. The restaurant that served breakfast was also located on the 5th floor. So we skipped breakfast during our stay although we paid extra for breakfast when we booked the place as we could not deal with the bad smell as soon as we came out of the lifts. It is because it’s an old building probably but still we would have gone elsewhere if we had known about the bad smell....

"The staff was extremely helpful and super nice. Breakfast was fast and convenient and really good. The room was comfortable. The host was nice and the helper was also nice. The even helped us get a cab. Hope to come again."

"Amazing service! Thank you - beautiful location! Front desk even arranged our ride to the airport in the morning for us. Room was nice and cool."

"Was like staying in an old Roman castle surrounded by statues and a fresco on the ceiling."

"The location was great for exploring more of the east side. It is only a room in a building. Not a hotel. But check in was smooth and the staff was very helpful. The bed was pretty comfortable. Ac worked well. Quite. Nice balcony to a quiet courtyard. It was very spacious. Beautiful floors. Has an elevator! It overall is an older property and would say a basic room with no frills. Negatives… only one button worked for flushing the toilet. One night we did not have hot water. Curtains were old...

"Excellent hotel and location"

"Casa Gutmann is a nice hotel with spacious rooms and a helpful staff. It’s not in the “historic district” but rather it’s more of a local neighborhood. For me the only thing missing is a nice lobby but it does have a rooftop deck. We would recommend it"

"The stay was wonderful! Great location!!!"

"Best location can walk to many attractions. Great service ever, staff very friendly and helpful, room including minibar and small kitchen."

"La limpieza de la habitación y excelente ubicación"
