Great hosts! The bed was very comfortable. Shower pressure is good. The grounds are lovely, the pool was always spotless and the area is quiet. You do need your own transport as it is a half hour drive from the center of Chiang Mai, but there is lots close by. Hang Dong is only a ten minute drive.

This hotel is fantastic if you're looking for an authentic Thai experience with comfortable rooms and a very friendly owner (and mum) The room style was to our taste, the location was a short ride away to the main tourist attractions (about 40b per person). The owner Toy and her mum were welcoming and helpful but never overbearing. A great place and I would stay here again.

This is a very quaint and nice hotel. The members of staff were really lovely and very helpful. We also thought the room was very bohemian and stylish. The breakfast in the morning is decent, however the star was the iced coffee. It may have been one of the best iced coffees I had on my holiday, or possibly ever, and was included with the breakfast. The only slight negative was the cockroach we saw in the bathroom one night. However our room was on the ground floor and we believe it may have...

Fabulous place ! Located in the old city down a side street . My room was on the first floor . Very bright , good sized room. Basic but very clean. Really good feel . Outside areas full of plants . Seating at the front . The “ help yourself “ breakfast room was amazing . Fruit , bread , tea / coffee facilities. The lovely man who owns it was so kind . Gave me a map on the first day and highlighted all the places to go and see . I used it for 2 days while I was there . There is also a...

I took my 3 young children, we stayed 3 days. The staff were so delightful and kind. I really recommend this to other families. We had an enormous room with 1 super king, 1 double and 1 single and still enough room to have a party. Quite nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of Chang Mai

Nice and peaceful. If you like the sound of crickets then you’ll love it.😬😬

We stayed at Huen Hug for 2 nights late February. We chose the hotel based on its good reviews (albeit we were a little apprehensive about the small number of reviews given the hotel is fairly new). In summary we had a fantastic stay. Staff are welcoming and extremely helpful without being overbearing. We had booked a twin room (as all the doubles were full) and on arrival mentioned to the staff we would have preferred a double (in case there had been any cancellations). There were no...

Very quiet in the old city. 10 minutes walk to Wat Phra Singh. Amazing staff.

Great Hotel. Stayed for just one night before continuing north. very helpful and pleasant staff. let me check in very late (midnight) and check out at 2pm for no extra charge. excellent wifi in the room. shared bathroom is more than adequate with 2 showers in gents section. lovely veranda with comfy seating area. Nice touch that the hotel provide coffee and tea. cornflakes and toast in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again. location is nice!

Lovely hosts, and our stay was good. There was some kind of leak in the bathroom so there was a wet floor in there for our whole stay, which was not great. Lovely area though.

Nice hotel ,great location. Beautiful decorations and quiet place. Perfect for couple highly recommend.

Staff were amazing!

Great location for the old city. About 15 minutes walk to main shops and restaurants, in a nice quiet area. Nice small places to eat nearby. Hotel was lovely, really friendly and helpful staff. Room was great, had everything we needed and get clean. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again

A 3 night trip before returning to Bangkok for flight back to Uk. Must remember this is a bed and breakfast and not a hotel. However very comfortable, staff all very pleasant. Short walk to Night Bazaar. Room 201 is on mezzanine over reception, if like me you are a light sleeper will be woken during night by cuckoo clock.

Clean room, friendly staff and with a few minutes walk of the night bazaar. To walk into the old city takes around 20 minutes - but lots to see along the way
