"My stay here was pretty good, I just had a really strange encounter with one of the owners upon check out when she practically yelled at me to bring her my key (I left it in the door as generally there was no staff around to give it to). She could’ve politely said she didn’t want to climb the stairs and I would’ve happily got it, but the way she spoke to me was really out of nowhere and odd and so I didn’t rebook. "Icon Park Hotel was a great place to stay in Chiang Mai. The location was excellent, with shopping, restaurants, and several attractions nearby. One of the best khao soi restaurants in the city was even within walking distance, which made it easy to enjoy one of Chiang Mai's signature dish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and generously sized, so they never felt cramped. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered great value for the price. It was an excellent home base for exploring Chiang Mai, and I would definitely stay here again."

"L'hôtel était parfait, bien situé, propre, le personnel était courtois et avenant. Nous avons eu une chambre de 12 places, très grande, mais les douches étaient désuètes et fonctionnaient partiellement. Le seul autre bémol est le fait qu'on nous vend beaucoup d'excursions avec compagnie (beaucoup plus chers que si on y va pas nos propres moyens). Le déjeuner est excellent, mi-anglais, mi-thailandais et change à chaque matin. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation."

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tamarind Village for so many reasons: a beautiful lush setting, wonderful friendly staff, and delicious authentic meals. Our room was clean, quiet, and close to the hotel’s amenities, their restaurant, pool, spa, and shop. It was also located perfectly inside the OLD City making walking easily accessible to much the city has to offer. Having stayed in Bangkok for the first part of our vacation, we didn’t feel we really experienced the richness of Thailand’s culture. However, Tamarind Village provided us with many niceties, such as providing tea upon arrival, robe and slippers, a city walk, and cultural pool side offerings. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others and appreciate those who traveled there before us for their glowing recommendations."
