Der Eingangsbereich ist nicht einladend, ebenso der Treppen- und Flurbereich. Sehr heiss und auch ungepflegt und nicht renoviert. Der TG Bereich ist dreckig. Der Preis von 12.-€ dafür überteuert. Für was zahle ich den Preis? Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Zimmer ist sauber und praktikabel. Erstausstattung ist sehr gering. Klopapier z.B. noch nicht mal eine halbe Rolle vor Ort. Besteck war nicht sauber gespült. Duschkopf war locker und hielt nicht. Wasserdruck am Waschbecken kaum vorhanden. Handtuchhalter locker und fiel dauernd aus der Wand. Alles in allem nicht mehr wie zwei Sterne wert.

Ich weiß nicht ob ich dieses Hotel nochmal buche.

Wir kamen 14.30 an. Das Zimmer bekamen wir um 16.00 Uhr statt um 15.00 Uhr. Das Apartment wurde nur bei Einzug gesäubert. Sonst nicht. Bade und Handtücher wurden innerhalb von 10 Tagen zweimal gewechselt. Das Personal absolut keine Deutsche Sprachkenntnisse. Der Fernseher nur Italienische Sender. Parkplatz Tiefkeller überteuert 12€ am Tag. Auf der Straße absolut kein Parkplatz, weil entweder nur halbe Stunde oder eine Stunde parken. Sonst die Lage war gut und wir konnten gut schlafen. Das Personal war trotz fehlender Deutsch Kenntnisse sehr freundlich.

Schade mit der Unterkunft

Hausgemachte Probleme , durch keine vernünftigen Wartungsarbeiten und Sauberkeit . Das Tulipano wird meiner Meinung nur Oberflächlich gereinigt und gewartet . Überall Staub in den Ecken , auf dem Zimmer sowie auf dem Flur. Überall wurde nicht Richtig Saubergemacht . Im Bad leichter Schimmel , Abfluss defekt und voller Haare . Küchen Utensilien teils unvollständig bis nicht vorhanden . Wir würden es nicht wieder nehmen .

Ho soggiornato in questo residence a distanza di 10 anni e l'ho trovato trascurato è tenuto molto male. Le parti comuni sono sporche e gli appartamenti necessitano di manutenzione. D'altra parte il prezzo è molto contenuto e può essere interessante per chi vuole contenere i costi e utilizzarlo solo per dormirci. Le camere sono spaziose e la spiaggia è vicina ma si trova molto lontano da viale Ceccarini.

Na ja ...

Wir machten hier 6 Tage Ferien in Riccione und hatten dieses Appartement gebucht. Der Checkin hätte um 14.30 Uhr sein sollen, 2 Stunden später durften wir die Zimmer beziehen. Na ja... Die Sauberkeit nicht wirklich toll. Dafür Handtücher die alle 3 Tage gewechselt werden, sprich einmal während unserem Aufenthalt. Nicht so toll. Die Zimmerreinigung nie und das bei unseren Strandbesuchen, mehr wäre besser. Wäh! Die Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage so eng, dass ich auf der Beifahrerseite aussteigen musste und immer noch einen Dosenöffner benötigte. Internet war während unserem Besuch ausser Betrieb, das interessierte das Personal aber nicht...Lage ist in guter Strandnähe mit lautem Strassenlärm in der Nacht.

Läget är fantastiskt och när jag bodde där senast (hösten 2009) minns jag att allt var toppen, men standarden har sjunkit något enormt. Avloppet stank värre än ett överfyllt utedass, mögel överallt i hela badrummet och kylen fungerade inte. Inte alltid, i alla fall. Sängen var på väg att kasta in handduken också, det gick knappt att sätta sig på den utan att den knakade och var på väg att rasera.. Det är synd, jag brukade tycka om Tulipano...

residence molto conveniente e in buona posizione

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo dormito 1 notte a Riccione in occasione delle gare nazionali di scherma e abbiamo scelto questo residence per la vicinanza agli impianti sportivi. In ogni caso anche il mare era a 2 passi e con una camminata di 15 minuti abbiamo raggiunto il centro e il famoso Viale Ceccarini. Il residence è pulito e grazioso, di stile moderno. Un po' spartano per quanto riguarda gli arredi, ma fornito di punto cottura con tutte le stoviglie e le pentole necessarie. In dotazione anche bagnoschiuma e saponi. Mancava invece il phon che ci è stato fornito dalla reception. La TV aveva qualche problema e si vedevano solo pochi canali. Il personale di portineria era rumeno e non troppo cordiale. Complessivamente un buon posto dove dormire per una famiglia considerando anche il prezzo.

Palvelu pelasi hyvin ja huone oli tosi siisti. Iso parvele ja keittiönurkkaus oli tosi hyvä. Kylpyhuoneen hana hajosi illalla, niin se oli korjattu seuraavanaan iltapäivään mennessä kun ilmoitimme viasta edellisenä iltana. Respan nuorityttö oli todella mukava ja avulias. Hotelli oli lähellä rantaa, mutta esim. rautatieasemalle oli kävellen aika pitkä matka.
