"Good price quality, nice rooms. Overall happy!"

"Outstanding location and property management staff!"

"An Absolute Fairy Tale—The Perfect Prague Stay! My stay at the River View Residence was nothing short of a fairy tale. I honestly felt like I won the lottery finding this sweet, charming place! The setup is brilliant—there is no host on-site, offering complete privacy and a seamless, easy check-in process. The room itself was incredibly comfortable and fully equipped with everything I could possibly need for a relaxing, stress-free stay. But the absolute crown jewel of this property is its...

"Sauber, tolle Lage"

"Empfehlen!"

Check-in e check-out molto veloci e reception aperta 24/7.

"Good value property in a great location for visiting the city. A slight negative was that the bathroom/toilet was downstairs (bedrooms upstairs), which was a little inconvenient overnight. We had an issue with the water in the apartment - it switched off for several minutes - while we were all trying to shower to go out.. not ideal, but as it did resolve fairly quickly, we didn't report it. Not sure if it was a pressure issue as we were on the top floor? Overall, should we visit Prague again,...

"A great apartment in a great location. Spacious and nicely furnished. Lovely views across the river. Very close to the metro and serval tram lines. Great coffee shop downstairs and a lovely Italian restaurant on the corner, plus plenty more places to eat nearby. Triple glazed windows so warm and quiet - may be different in the summertime with windows open? One towel each was disappointing as this meant no hand/ hair towel for any of us to use. The bathroom was superficially clean but sink and...

"Perfect place to stay in Prague. Everything is beautiful, comfortable and quiet."

"Loved this accommodation. I was specifically looking for a place in that area and was not disappointed. Located in a lovely area, close to tram line and metro, but quiet and cozy, just steps away from the Grebovka park. Lots of nice coffee and dining options around, too. The apartment itself was impeccably clean, plenty of natural light, with everything needed for a short stay (equipped kitchen, toiletries etc)."

"Paint looks a bit dated and there were cobwebs in the corners of the high ceilings. But it was a generally clean accommodation with easy access once you'd memorized your access code. Location excellent. A couple of tea bags and coffee sachets would have been welcome because while you had everything to make a drink, there was nothing to actually drink. Nothing in the fridge, not even a water bottle. Close to everything, but the location is expensive."
