We were just a couple that stayed for a week whilst building work was completed on our house and found it competitively priced so if you are a group of 4 then it would represent even better value. "The house suited our needs, however the lounge was upstairs although on the plans it was on the ground floor and we had elderly parents who couldn’t climb the stairs. We arrived to overflowing bins which smelt very bad and they weren’t sorted until the following morning. The photographs are clearly out of date as the accommodation is tired and is used as a HMO."

The staff is gentle and proactive, the facility is clean and well maintained. I felt safe and comfortable for the purpose which was related to academic matters. I recommend it."
