"From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty in the stunning castle. Our bags were immediately taken to our room in the tower, reservations for dinners, suggestions for hikes and exploring and help with arrangements for our departure in a couple days. Breakfasts were phenomenal and top notch. Breakfast was delivered to our room on the day of departure at 4:30am and our bags taken back down to our rental car. The spa experience was exceptional. "Clean room and comfortable bed plus tea and coffee in the room, good breakfast and nice pool. Downside pool is open to the public and gets very busy all the time. The changing room showers hardly worked so it was hard to wash and rinse hair. On arrival no directions were given to where the pool or spa were or times of breakfast this would be useful to have in the room."

"Room was crammed with very small desk at the end of the bed. Little room to walk by and I’m only 165. Food was wonderful and staff were polite."
